iCal & ICS — no custom API

Scheduling software that integrates with your league calendar stack

People search for scheduling software that integrates with TeamSnap, GameChanger, Sports Connect, and similar systems. SchedulePro does that by subscribing to the same standard calendar feeds (iCal / ICS) those products already publish—so volunteer, referee, and umpire signups stay tied to real games, including when rainouts and field changes refresh the feed.

How the integration works

Your league keeps its registration and communication workflow. SchedulePro only needs a subscribe URL or .ics link—the feed your schedule already exposes. We import events from that feed and attach slot templates so families and officials sign up on those games, not on a disconnected list.

When the upstream calendar updates, synced games update too, and your board can notify volunteers and staff so assignments stay aligned. That is the core difference from generic signup tools that are not anchored to a living league schedule.

League & club scheduling platforms

TeamSnap

Many boards run registration and team messaging in TeamSnap. When TeamSnap (or a linked calendar workflow) publishes a feed of games, SchedulePro uses that feed so concession shifts, field prep, and umpire slots line up with the same dates and locations families already trust.

GameChanger

Programs that live in GameChanger for scores and schedules can still centralize volunteer and official assignment in SchedulePro: provide the calendar URL GameChanger exposes for your season or tournament, and slots follow each game row—including bracket or schedule revisions.

Sports Connect

Sports Connect and comparable league-management stacks often publish a master calendar. SchedulePro layers volunteer rules and official payouts on top of that published schedule without replacing your registration system.

Sprocket Sports

Clubs using Sprocket Sports for programming can connect SchedulePro the same way: use the iCal or subscribe link associated with your published games so volunteer and referee coverage tracks the schedule Sprocket drives.

Google Calendar & Apple Calendar

Some leagues maintain the authoritative grid in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (or export from another tool into those apps). If you can share a public iCal or ICS subscription link, SchedulePro can ingest it the same way as a commercial league product.

Any system with a subscribe URL

The list above matches what we highlight on our marketing site. The underlying rule is simple: if it exposes a standards-based calendar feed, SchedulePro can integrate without a one-off engineering project. If you are evaluating us against generic signup tools, that feed-first model is what keeps volunteers and officials on the same timeline as your games.
